You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Sign up for any of our products or services.

- Pay the annual fee for multi-game play.

We securely store your data on our game processing server and offsite backups.
Data is stored encrypted and is deleted after it is no longer needed, typically 1-2 weeks after game turns are processed. Email addresses on game startup waiting lists are kept until the game starts then the waiting list is destroyed.

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, This will be no more than once a month by email if you have agreed it.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes.
