Turfwar is a 100 player contemporary gangster game set in an unnamed city. Initially it's a web game, with mobile clients to follow.
Gameplay is by the 'postal' model. You select your moves on the city map web page then submit them. You can resubmit moves right up to the one hourly deadline. They are processed once an hour and you receive blow-by-blow results.
Gameplay is free for one game. When that game finishes you can start again and play another game free and so on. If you wish to play more than one game at a time, upload your own game graphics or even submit orders using your own bots there's an annual fee of £20 which helps pay for game hosting.
